Gita is the Research Coordinator at HT Materials Science in Dublin, Ireland. HTMS is a global leader in smart heat transfer fluids for commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems. Prior to joining HTMS, Gita was a post-doctoral research fellow in the School of Chemistry at University College Dublin.

Gita received her PhD in Physical Chemistry from NMIMS University, India where she worked with developing nanomaterials and polymers for fabricating supercapacitors.

Gita's strengths lie in developing innovative strategies to optimize synthesis procedures, improve electrode durability, explore graphene-based electrode materials, and enhance the performance of energy storage devices such as batteries and supercapacitors.
